Photo of a child with a cliefed palette in the form of a jigsaw where the missin piece is a symbol for the minor imperfection. Alot of charities provide operations for only £120 each to repair a cliefed palette and the result completely changes their life for the better. The jigsaw is A3 and incased in a frame.
