Non-profit foundation that works with event organisation and co-ordination for the benefit of fund raising for charities. The aim of the foundation is to raise money for varies different charities through art exbitions and events with zero administration costs. All administration costs will be covered by the sale of art work at exhibitions and sales made through the web site. The varies charities involved can be found in the afilliates section of the web site.

The foundation will also work towards the preservation and exhibition of other artists work, in collusion with the foundation. This will help the group develope a basis for a collection to exhibite in the future. The group is currently without any grant funding, but this will be an option that will be looked into in the future.

The benefit of the foundation is that artists and organisers get the chance to put their work into to practice to raise money for a good cause with no administration costs. I will contribute a percentage of the sale price of my work towards varies charities through exhibitions and sales on the web site.

If any donations are made then it's possible to request a statement of the annual public foundation file. As the foundation is not a registered charity and donates to numerous different charitable bodies, then to acknowledge a donation being accept can be proved through a 990 statement or a personally written statement by the administration department.

 The administration department of the foundation only consists of one person, but all information and requests would be under his responsibility. Any volunteers willing to help and participate apply within through the contact form found on the tool bar above. It is also possible for artists to contribute articles, reports and information about varies aspects of the art world. All works will be protected against reproduction and remain choreographed exactly as requested by the artist.
